In accordance with Section 47 (3) sentence 2 and Section 4 of the Postal Constitutional Law of 8 June 1989 (BGBl. 1026), as amended by Annex I, Chapter XIII, Section II, Section II, No 1, of the Agreement of 31 August 1990, in conjunction with Article 1 of the Law of 23 September 1990 (BGBl. In 1990 II p. 885, 1120), I set up the following official designations for the heads of the German Federal Post POSTDIENST and the German Bundespost TELEKOM in the accession area for the heads of the German Federal Post Office and the German Federal Post Office:
President of a Postal Service Directorate
President of a Telekom Directorate
Vice-President of a Postdienst Directorate
Vice President of a Telekom Directorate
Where appropriate, the term of office shall be in the female form.
