On the basis of Article 1 of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the Federal Officials and Judges in the Federal Service of 14 July 1975 (Bundesgesetzbl. I. P. 1915) I transfer the exercise of the right of appointment and dismissal of the federal civil servants of grades A 1 to A 13 (superior service)
