§ 1 Decision on contradictions
The Federal Office of Administration shall be empowered to exercise jurisdiction in matters of remuneration, service accident, travel expenses, removal costs and severing costs, on the right of appeals by officials of the Federal Ministry of Justice and for to decide on consumer protection, provided that the Federal Administrative Office has taken the measure or rejected it. The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection reserves the right to decide for itself on a case-by-case basis.

§ 2 Representation in the case of legal action
The President or the President of the Federal Administrative Office shall represent the Federal Republic of Germany in the case of claims by officials of the Federal Ministry of Justice and for the protection of consumers of grades up to and including A 11 transferred in matters of remuneration, service accident, travel expenses, removal costs and severing funds, to the extent that the Federal Administrative Office was responsible for issuing the right of appeal in accordance with this order. The Federal Minister of Justice and the Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection can, in individual cases, regulate or take over the representation by way of derogation from this arrangement.

§ 3 Transitional Regulation
§ § 1 and 2 shall not apply to inconsistencies and claims made prior to the entry into force of this order.

§ 4 Entry into force
This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following the publication in the Federal Law Gazans.
