According to § 84 sentence 2 of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. I p. 1510) is ordered: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The disciplinary powers over retirees who, when they are retired, have an office of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A, B or R, shall be transferred to the service supervisors responsible until that date. § 2

The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection reserves the right to exercise the disciplinary powers according to § 1 sentence 1 in individual cases. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3
