§ 2 Announcement of the announcement
The Federal Ministry of Justice can make known in the Federal Law Gazette, which measures concerning the federal law of Annex I, Chapter III, of the agreement of 31 August 1990 (BGBl. 1990 II p. 889, 907). It may take into account any legislation promulgated by the date of the notice of notice which has determined the non-application or the expiry of such measures.
