Law on the non-application of provisions of the Unification Treaty within the jurisdiction of the Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ in accordance with cleanup Act) BMJMaßgabenBerG Ausfertigung date: 19.04.2006 full quotation: "BMJ in accordance with cleanup Act of April 19, 2006 (BGBl. § 2 of notice permits the Ministry of Justice can make known in the Bundesgesetzblatt, what requirements to the Federal law of annex I Chapter III of the Unification Treaty of 31 August 1990 (BGBl. 1990 II p. 889, 907) continue to apply. It can consider all legislation up to announced the date of the publication, which have determined the non-application or termination of such requirements.
