I.

On the basis of Article 1 (1) of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), the exercise of the right to appoint and dismiss the Federal Officials of the grades A 13 (higher service) to A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) is in each case for their or her own. Revocably transferred its business unit to:

1.

the President or the President of the Federal Court of Justice,

2.

the President or the President of the Federal Administrative Court,

3.

the President or President of the Federal Financial Court.
