I. 

On the basis of Article 1 Section 1 of the Federal President's order on the appointment and dismissal of the civil servants, officials, judges and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 October 2008. June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), the exercise of the right to appoint and dismiss the Federal Officials of grades A 13 (higher service) to A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) shall be exercised in each case for their or her own. Revocably transferred its division to:
1.
the President or President of the Federal Court,
2.
the President or the President of the Federal Administrative Court,
3.
the President or the President of the Bundesfinanzhof.
