I.
In accordance with § 126 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways shall be empowered to act on appeals by employees of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology against administrative acts and to the the rejection of a claim in matters of remuneration and remuneration, insofar as it was competent to issue the administrative act or to refuse the right to take office.

According to § 127 paragraph 3 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways will be representing the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in administrative court proceedings in matters relating to personnel costs transfer. The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology reserves the right to carry out the process representation itself in individual cases.

III.
This arrangement shall apply with effect from 1 January 2011. At the same time, the order for the transfer of responsibilities for the adoption of opposition modestals and the representation of the federal government in the case of claims of employees of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in matters of Remuneration and allowances as well as the child's money of 29 September 2009 (BGBl. 3658).
