According to § 33 para 5, § 34 paragraph 2 sentence 2, section 42, subsection 1, sentence 2, and section 84, sentence 2, of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1510) are no. 1 of the Federal Disciplinary Act the President or Presidents of the authorities of the Division for their Division 1 power to the fixing of the reduction of the remuneration to the maximum extent according to § 33 ABS. 3 , 2. the power to collect, in accordance with § 34 paragraph 2 sentence 1 of the Federal Disciplinary Act disciplinary action 3 the power to the exercise of disciplinary powers at retired officers or retired officers in accordance with section 84 of the Federal Disciplinary Act, 4. to adopt inconsistent decisions in accordance with section 42, paragraph 1, of the Federal disciplinary law, insofar as he or she was responsible for the adoption of the contested decision, responsibility.
