I. 

According to § 33 (5), § 34 2 sentence 2, § 42 (1) sentence 2 and § 84 sentence 2 of the Federal disciplinary law of 9. July 2001 (BGBl. 1510) shall be the President of the authorities of the Business Unit for their Business Unit
1.
The power to fix the reduction of the remuneration to the maximum according to § 33 para. 3 no. 1 of the Federal disciplinary law,
2.
the power to impose discipline in accordance with Section 34, Section 2, Sentence 1 of the Federal Disciplinary Act,
3.
Power to exercise disciplinary powers in the case of retired civil servants or retired civil servants in accordance with Section 84 of the Federal Disciplinary Law,
4.
the jurisdiction to enact , in accordance with Section 42 (1) of the Federal disciplinary law, insofar as it or he was responsible for the adoption of the contested decision,
