I.

In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, I have transferred to the Federal Office of Finance the processing of the affairs of the salaries of persons in a public service relationship and of remuneration for civil servants. in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, as well as the assertion of claims for damages in accordance with § 87a of the Federal Officials Act. II.

In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, I am transferring the authority to the Federal Office of Finance concerning the appeals of officials against administrative acts in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Office for Finance and the Administrative Act. I of this order to decide (Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act). In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, I transfer the Federal Office of Finance to the Federal Office of Finance in the case of appeals by civil servants, insofar as it is responsible for the decision on contradictions in accordance with this order (§ 174 (1) (1)). 3 of the Federal Civil Service Act). IV.
