I.

In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, I transferred to the Federal Office of Finance the handling of the affairs of the civil servants in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in accordance with the law on the Relocation cost compensation for the federal civil servants, judges in the Federal Service and Soldiers (Bundesrelocation Cost Act-BUKG), as well as the previous ordinance on the relocation cost compensation for international retreats (Foreign Ministry of the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany) (AUV), the Regulation on the separation allowance in the case of transfers and secondments in Germany (Separation Money Ordinance-TGV) and the Regulation on the International Monetary Fund (ATGV) in the version in force. Pursuant to Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675) in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 654), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, I transfer the authority to the Federal Office of Finance on contradictions against the adoption of an administrative act and the rejection of a claim in matters under the law on the relocation cost compensation for the federal civil servants, judges in the Federal Service and Soldiers (Federal Relocation Costs Act-BUKG) as well as the ordinance on the removal of the costs of the relocation of the Federal Foreign Office (foreign exchange cost ordinance-AUV), which has been issued Regulation on the separation allowance in the case of transfers and secondments in Germany (Separation Money Regulation-TGV) and the Regulation on the International Monetary Fund (ATGV), as amended, to the extent to which it is required to issue the administrative act or to reject the right to refuse has been responsible. Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. IV.
