I.

On the basis of the second sentence of § 17 (5) of the General Administrative Regulation on State aid for sickness, care, birth and death (State aid rules-BhV) as amended on 10 July 1995 (GMBl p. 470), I surrender to the Federal Office of Finance the processing of state aid matters of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN), the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) and the Federal Environment Agency (UBA), as well as the Denials of claims for damages in accordance with § 87a of the Federal Civil Service Act. Pursuant to Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675) in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 654), I have the power of the Federal Office of Finance to decide on inconsistencies with regard to the adoption of an administrative act and the rejection of a claim on matters under the state aid rules, in so far as it provides for the adoption of the the administrative act or the rejection of the claim. Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 675), I transfer the Federal Office of Finance to the Representation of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in the case of claims, in so far as it is competent to decide on contradictions in accordance with this order. IV.

This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 March 2001. It shall not apply to any inconsistencies brought before its entry into force or to claims brought before its entry into force. Unofficial table of contents
