On the basis of Section 15 (2) of the Federal disciplinary code, as amended by the notice of 20 July 1967 (BGBl. I p. 750) is arranged: Unofficial table of contents

I.

The disciplinary powers of the top service authority in proceedings against retirees are transferred

1.

the President of the Federal Office of Post and Telecommunications for the retired officials who were members of this authority or the Bundesdruckerei on the day before they entered the retirement age, and

2.

the Head of the Federal Office for Admissions in Telecommunications for the retirement officials who were members of the Office for Telecommunications Appointments on the day before their retirement, or the Central Office for Telecommunications.

II.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1995. At the same time, the arrangement for the implementation of the Federal disciplinary code for the Deutsche Bundespost and the Bundesdruckerei (Federal Printing Office) of 19 December 1967 (BGBl. 57), the arrangement for the implementation of the Federal disciplinary code in the division of the Federal Minister of Post and Telecommunications of 16 February 1990, as well as the order for the implementation of the Federal disciplinary code in the field of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundespost of 5 March 1990.
