I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to act on appeals and objections to administrative acts as well as the rejection of an administrative act. The right to decide on matters relating to remuneration, the rate of pay and the child's allowance in so far as it was responsible for the adoption of the administrative act or the rejection of the claim. In accordance with Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office is to delegate the representation of the Federal Ministry of Health to administrative court proceedings in matters relating to personnel costs. The same applies to proceedings before the financial jurisdiction in child-related matters. The Federal Ministry of Health reserves the right to carry out the process representation itself on a case-by-case basis. Unofficial table of contents
