I.

In accordance with § 126 (3) sentence 2 and § 127 (3) sentence 1 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the notice of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 187)

the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices,

the Federal Agency for Health Education,

the German Institute for Medical Documentation and Information,
-
the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut and
-
the Robert Koch Institute
transfer the power to civil servants ' legal affairs, up to and including grade A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) on contradictions against the Measures to be taken and, in so far as they are competent to decide on inconsistencies in the light of this order, to represent the servant of the servant in the case of actions taken by the civil servant. This arrangement shall be applied from the day after the date of delivery. From this point on, the order for the transfer of civil service law powers to the institutions within the division of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Protection of 9 September 2003 (BGBl. I p. 1956), in so far as they are regulated by officials of the Federal Agency for Health Education, the German Institute for Medical Documentation and Information, the Federal Institute for Medicinal Products and the Federal Institute for Medicinal Products (Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Information), and Medical products, the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut and the Robert Koch Institute.
