the power to represent the Dienstherrn in accordance with Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship of officials up to and including grade A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz);

the power to settle civil servants ' legal disputes in accordance with Section 126 (3) (2) of the Law on the Civil Service, up to and including grade A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz). Opposition modesty to be issued.
