the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices,
the Federal Insurance Office,
the Federal Agency for Health Education,
the German Institute for Medical Documentation and the Federal Office for Medical Devices (Bundesinstitut für sanitary investigation),
the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut and
the Robert Koch-Institut

- the power, according to § 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship of officials up to and including grade A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) to represent the Dienstherrn;
- the power to deal with civil servants 'litigation in civil servants' disputes up to and including grade A 15 of the civil servants ' framework law in accordance with Section 126 (3) (2) of the Civil Service Law.
