I.

In accordance with the second sentence of Article 1 (1) of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, officials, judges and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), the exercise of the right of appointment and dismissal of the Federal Officials until grade A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A (Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) is revocably transferred to:
-
the Director or Director of the Federal Agency for Health Education,
-
the Director or Director of the German Institute for Medical Documentation and Information,
-
the President and the President and Professor of the Federal Institute for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices,
-
the President and the President and Professor of the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut,
-
the President and the President and Professor of the Robert Koch Institute.

II.

This arrangement shall be applied from the day after the date of delivery. From this point on, the arrangement on the appointment and dismissal of the Federal Officials in the Division of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Protection of 6 May 2003 (BGBl. 678), in so far as they are regulated by the Federal Agency for Health Education, the German Institute for Medical Documentation and Information, the Federal Institute for Medicinal Products, and the Federal Institute for Medicinal Products and Information Medical products, the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut and the Robert Koch Institute.
