I. Decree of opposition modestals

Pursuant to Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675) in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl.
