I. Decree of opposition modestals

According to § 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), I am revocably transferring the power to issue appeals in civil servants ' matters

The President of the Julius Kühn Institute, Federal Research Institute for Cultural Plants,

The President of the Friedrich-Loeffler-Institut, Federal Research Institute for Animal Health,

the President of the Max Rubner-Institut, Federal Research Institute for Food and Food,

The President of the Johann Heinrich von Thünen Institute, Federal Research Institute for Rural Areas, Forest and Fisheries,
insofar as they enact the administrative act contested by the objection, have rejected the adoption of an administrative act or claim. The Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection reserves the right to decide on inconsistencies if the head of the authority or the head of the authorities themselves is concerned. II. Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship

According to § 127 paragraph 3 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), I am revocably transferring the representation of the Dientherrn in the case of claims arising from the official relationship to the authorities referred to in Section I, insofar as they are in accordance with this order for the adoption of appeals for appeals are responsible. IV. Final provisions

This arrangement shall enter into force on 1 January 2010. In the case of inconsistencies and claims brought before the date of entry into force of this order, it remains with the previous competences. The order replaces the General Regulations for the Transfer of Responsables for the Decree of Appeal and the Representation of the Dienser in the case of complaints from the civil service
