I. Decree of opposition modestals

According to § 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), I am revocably transferring the power to issue appeals in matters of civil service law, to the President of the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food, to the President of the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food, to the extent that this office is responsible for the matters of public service. II. Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship

According to § 127 paragraph 3 sentence 1 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. IV. Final provisions

This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following its publication. This arrangement replaces all previous arrangements for the transfer of powers for the adoption of appeals and the representation of the servant in the case of complaints from the official relationship with the President or the President of the Commission.
