I.

According to § 127 paragraph 3 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 160), I transfer the Office of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to the Federal Administrative Office in the case of claims by employees of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, to the extent that the Federal Administrative Office (Bundesverwaltungsamt) for the adoption of the administrative act or the Rejection of a claim in matters under the federal state aid rules.
