I.
In accordance with Section 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act, I transfer the authority to the Federal Administrative Office, on appeals by employees of the Federal Ministry for Education and Research against Administrative Act, and the rejection of a claim in In accordance with the federal state aid rules, matters should be decided upon, in so far as the Federal Administrative Office was responsible for issuing the administrative act or refusing the right to issue the claim.

In accordance with Section 127 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, I transfer the Office of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to the Federal Administrative Office in cases where it is competent to decide on contradictions in accordance with this order.

This arrangement shall apply with effect from 1 November 2010.

The order for the transfer of powers for the adoption of appeals and the representation of the disobedious party in the case of proceedings of employees of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in matters under the state aid rules of 20 July 2000 (BGBl. 1251) shall take place at the end of the 30.
