On the basis of Article 1 of the Federal President's order on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants, judges and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), I am revocably transmitting the exercise of the right to appoint and dismiss the officials of the Federal Government.

The President of the Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance,

The President of the Federal Agency for Technical Relief,

the President of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees,

the President of the Federal Agency for Political Education,

Grades A 2 to A 15, C 1 to C 2, and W 2

the President of the Federal Criminal Police Office,
