According to § 2 paragraph 3 of the SoldatenSupply-Responsibility-Transfer Ordinance of 22 July 2013 (BGBl. 2761), the Federal Ministry of Finance is responsible for: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) The local authority of the Service Centers of the Federal Finance Directorates is governed by the Appendix. (2) The provider can change the responsibility of the Service Center Düsseldorf of the Federal Finance Directorate West to the Service Center. Stuttgart, the Bundesfinanzdirektion Südwest, and vice versa, if they have their main residence in the respective area of responsibility or move there. Transitional arrangements for the supply recipient on 1 July 2013: The Federal Finance Directorate West, Service Centre, is for supply recipients who have received supplies from West Germany until 30 June 2013 from the West German Federal Department of Defence. Düsseldorf, and for persons receiving the care, which until 30 June 2013 The Federal Finance Directorate Südwest, Service-Center Stuttgart, is responsible for the supply of supplies from the South West German Army Service Centre.
