§ 1 Direct Federal Administration

§ 2 Medium-sized federal administration

(1) Transfer

the Executive Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund,

the Executive Board of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See

the power to appoint and dismiss officials of grades A 2 to A 15, W 2 and C 1 to C 3 respectively. (2) The Executive Board of the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture will be given the right to the power to appoint and dismiss officials of grades A 2 to A 15 with the exception of the right to re-create civil servants ' relations. The Executive Board may delegate the power to a member of the Management Board in whole or in part. (3) The Board of the Accident Insurance is responsible for the appointment and dismissal of the civil servants of the Federal Government. Categories A 2 to A 15 of the accident insurance Federal and German Railways, with the exception of the officials of the Künstlersozialkasse. The Executive Board may delegate this power, in whole or in part, to the First Director or the First Director. (4) The First Director or the First Director of the Accident Insurance federal and railway insurance shall be entitled to appoint and Dismissal of the officials of grades A 2 to A 15 of the Künstlersozialkasse, with the exception of the department head responsible for the Künstlersozialkasse or the head of department responsible for the Künstlersozialkasse.
