§ 1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Regulation:
1.
Contagious anaemia of the solipeds (single-stroke anaemia), as determined by serological examination or by virological examination (genome detection of the pathogen of the single-stroke anaemia);
2.
Suspicion of the outbreak of single-stroke anaemia, as far as the result of a
a)
a serological or clinical examination, or
b)
pathological-anatomical examination
fear the outbreak of single-hustle-blooed poverty;
3.
Suspicion of infection, in so far as it cannot be excluded from epidemiological investigations into the infection with the single-hustle-and-blooded poverty.

§ 2 vaccinations and healing tests

Vaccinations and medical tests of diseased or suspected solipeds are prohibited. The competent authority may authorise derogations from the first sentence for carrying out scientific experiments in so far as it does not prevent animal disease control issues. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Investigations

The competent authority may order that:
1.
One-stroke workers, who are engaged in an operation or participate in an event where horses of different stocks come together, are examined virologically or serologically for single-hustle-blood poverty,
2.
Abortion of solipeds including post-births of virological or mares that have aborted, are serologically tested for single-stroke blood poverty,
in so far as this is necessary for animal disease control purposes.

Protective measures before official determination of single-hustle-and-blood-poverty

§ 4 Blood sampling, epidemiological investigations

(1) In the event of suspicion of the outbreak of single-stroke blood poverty, the competent authority shall immediately carry out a clinical and serological examination of the disease suspected of being infected with one-stroke blood in the case of anaemia. In the case of an endemic or killed one, it allocates the virological or serological examination to the single-stroke blood poverty. (2) On the basis of an investigation as referred to in the first sentence of paragraph 1, there shall be evidence of an outbreak of the disease. The competent authority shall carry out epidemiological investigations in the case of single-hustle-blood poverty. Epidemiological research shall cover at least
1.
the period during which the virus of single-stroke blood poverty may have already been in operation before the suspicion has been indicated,
2.
the identification of other holdings from which one-way workers may have been transferred to the holding or to the solipeds from the holding concerned, and
3.
the identification of all contacts of the single hues of the affected farm to other solipeds.

§ 5 Protection measures in the operation concerned

(1) In the event of the suspicion of the outbreak of the single-stroke blood poverty, the keeper of the holding shall immediately:
1.
to list all the establishments of the holding in accordance with the detailed instructions of the competent authority;
2.
to be supplied from the rest of the solipeds and to supply them separately from the other solipeds,
3.
to carry out insect control in the barn,
4.
to clean and to clean containers, equipment and other objects which have been used in a stable or other location of the solipeds and which may be carriers of the contagion, following the detailed instructions of the competent authority; to disinfect or to eliminate it harmless.

§ 6 Cleaning and disinfection

In the event of suspicion of the outbreak of single-stroke blood poverty, persons who have carried out an investigation or treatment of suspected solipeds, as well as persons who are responsible for the care or care of suspected solipeds, have
1.
to clean and disinfect or remove any equipment and instruments used for the examination, treatment, care or fixing of suspected solipeds after use, following the instructions of the competent authority, without delay,

§ 8 Protection measures in the operation concerned

(1) If the outbreak of single-stroke blood poverty has been officially detected, the competent authority shall:
1.
the clinical and serological examination of all the solipeds of the affected plant,
2.
a virological or serological examination of the lost or killed solipeds in the event of an endemic or killed solicitation of the solicitation

§ 9 Suspicion of contagion

§ 10 Locking District

(1) Where the outbreak of single-stroke blood poverty has been officially established on a holding, the competent authority shall establish an area for disease operation with a radius of at least one kilometre as a restricted area. In this context, it takes into account the results of epidemiological studies, the occurrence of solipeds and blood-sucking insects, natural limits and monitoring possibilities. § 11 Disinfection

(1) The animal keeper of the holding concerned shall have the following instructions from the competent authority
1.
to disinfect the stables or other locations of the infected and suspected solipeds at regular intervals and to make them as insect free as possible,
2.
To depart from the stables or other locations to a place suitable for this purpose, to disinfect it and then store it for at least four weeks,
3.
to disinfect liquid exits from the stables or other locations, in so far as they are not added to the Dung,
4.
the stables and other sites of the animals, in particular the stables, jaughers, forage crews, equipment used and other animals, after the disease and suspected solipeds have been removed from the holding or from other locations; Articles which may be carriers of the contagion shall be cleaned and disinfected without delay.
2. The competent authority may authorise the disinfection referred to in paragraph 1 (4) to be limited to the parts of the holding in which the disease-ill and suspected solicitations have stood. Unofficial table of contents

§ 12 Repeal of the safeguard measures

(1) Ordered protective measures in accordance with § § 5 to 11 shall be repealed if the soliciation of the single-cunted blood is lost or the suspicion of the outbreak of the single-hustle-blood poverty has proved to be unfounded. (2) The single-hustle-blood-poverty is considered to be an extinctor if:
1.
a)
all the solipeds of the holding have been killed, killed or removed; or
b)

§ 13 Administrative Offences

Contrary to the provisions of Section 32 (2) (4) (a) of the Animal Health Act, who intentionally or negligently is acting in accordance with the provisions of the Animal Health Act

a enforceable arrangement according to § 3, § 4 (1) sentence 2, § 5 (1) (1) or (4), also in connection with § 9 (2), in accordance with § 6, § 8 (1) sentence 1 or (3), § 9 (1) sentence 3, § 10 (10) or § 11 (1) shall be contrary to
4.
Contrary to Article 5 (1) (2), including in conjunction with Section 9 (2), solipeds not, not properly or in a timely manner, or are not provided,
5.
Contrary to Article 5 (1) (3), an insect control is not carried out or is not carried out
6.
Contrary to § 5 (2), also in conjunction with § 9 (2), § 9 (3) sentence 1 or § 10 (5) sentence 1 or paragraph 6 sentence 1, one-stroke, solitary, egg cells or embryos shall be spilled without authorization,
7.
Contrary to Article 8 (2), a sign shall not, not properly, be applied in the prescribed manner or not in good time, or
8.
Contrary to § 10 (9) sentence 1, an exhibition, a market or an event of a similar type with solipees within the restricted district is carried out.

Section 14 Entry into force, external force
