Article 2 No. 1 V v. 21.12.2007 I 3144 mWv 28.12.2007 § 1 transfer ban for protection against Bluetongue (1) the movement of susceptible animals from a restricted zone within the meaning of article 2 of Regulation (EC) No. 1266/2007 of 26 October 2007 laying down detailed rules for Directive 2000/75/EC of the Council as regards control, monitoring and surveillance of bluetongue disease, as well as the limitations , which apply to shipments of certain animals of species susceptible to bluetongue (OJ L 283 of 27.10.2007, p. 37) in the currently valid version is prohibited. The prohibition of sentence 1, without prejudice to the powers of the competent authorities referred to in article 7 paragraph 1, also in conjunction with paragraph 4, of Regulation (EC) no 1266/2007 does not apply, as far as the conditions laid down in article 8 1 paragraph 1 or 4, each also in combination with paragraph 6, or 2 of article 9 paragraph 1, also in conjunction with paragraph 2 , Regulation (EC) No. 1266/2007 are available. Section 2 monitoring programs, monitoring programs (1) the implementation of the programmes 1 to the monitoring and surveillance of bluetongue disease in the meaning of article 4 of Regulation (EC) no 1266/2007 in conjunction with Annex I number 1 and 2, are aimed at finding possible carryover of the Bluetongue virus, 2nd to the monitoring and surveillance of bluetongue disease in the meaning of article 4 of Regulation (EC) no 1266/2007 in conjunction with Annex I number 1 and 3 , which are aimed, to prove the absence of certain serotypes of bluetongue virus, is the responsibility of the competent authority.
(2) the competent authority shall inform the Ministry of food and agriculture on request about the results of the programmes referred to in paragraph 1.

§ 3 (dropped out) § susceptible animals may be vaccinated only 4 vaccinations (1) against the Bluetongue 1 in case the official finding of the outbreak of bluetongue disease pursuant to section 4 of the regulation on the protection against Bluetongue, 2. with inactivated vaccines and 3rd with vaccines that are produced one serotype has been used, which was the official statement referred to in point 1 to reason.
