§ 1

Authorised and owner of tobacco plants are obliged to provide the competent authority with the occurrence and suspicion of the occurrence of the cyan disease or of its pathogen, the bluetongue fungus. (Peronospora tabacina Adam), indicating the location, the extent of the population and the origin of the plants, without delay. Non-official table of contents

§ 2

Authorised and owner of tobacco plants are obliged to: style="font-weight:normal; font-style:normal; text-decoration:none; ">
1.
tobacco seedlings that are infested or infested with the blue-cap fungus are suspected of being infected with blueprian fungus to destroy immediately,
2.
on the order of the competent authority
a)
Destroy tobacco plants suspected or infested with blueplay fungus fungus,
b)
destroy the remnant of any remaining tobacco plants,
c)
the blueplay disease
3.
to decontaminate the soil and the spaces intended for the cultivation of tobacco plants, unless they are free from the bluetongue fungus.
4.
Land of land on which the bluetonry fungus has occurred must be kept free from tobacco plants until the end of the following growing season.

§ 3

The cultivation and holding of the bluch fungus as well as the work with this harmful organism are prohibited. Non-official table of contents

§ 4

The competent authority may, on a case-by-case basis, exceptions to
1.
§ 2 No. 4 for non-infested pieces of land,
2.
§ 3 for scientific investigations and trials and for breeding projects.
to the extent that this does not affect the control of the blue-shade fungus and there is no risk of spreading this harmful organism. Non-official table of contents

§ 5

Administrative unlawful within the meaning of Section 68 (1) (3) (a) of the Plant Protection Act, who intentionally or negligently
1.
contrary to § 1 the report, not immediately, not correct or not fully refundable,
2.
contrary to § 2 No. 1 Tobacco seedlings, not immediately destroyed,
2a.
an enforceable arrangement in accordance with § 2, point 2,
3.
contrary to § 2 Nr. 3 the ground, or not decontaminate a room,
4.
contrary to § 2, No. 4, a plot of land not kept free of tobacco plants,
5.
contrary to § 3 the bluetonry mushroom bred or keeps or works with it or
6.
one with a Approval in accordance with § 4 connected enforceable edition.
