§ 1 Acquisition of the basic qualification

(1) For access to the acquisition of the basic qualification, the prior acquisition of the basic qualification is shall not be subject to the relevant driving licence.(2) The examination of the basic qualification shall consist of a theoretical and a practical examination in accordance with the provisions of Annex 2. It shall demonstrate to the applicant or to the applicant that he or she has the basic knowledge and skills required in each case from the knowledge areas listed in Appendix 1 for the driving licence classes in question.(3) Holder of a specialist certificate in accordance with Section 4 (6) of the Professional Access Regulation for the carriage of goods by road, or in accordance with Article 4 (6) of the Regulation on the carriage of goods by road, shall be exempt from the theoretical examination in so far as the The subject-matter of the examination is already the subject of the examination under these Regulations. § 2 Acquisition of the accelerated basic qualification

§ 4 Continuing training

§ 5 Evidence

This certificate is issued in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive 2003 /59/EC of 15 June 2003. July 2003 on the initial qualification and periodic training of drivers of certain motor vehicles for the carriage of goods or passengers by road and amending Council Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 and Council Directive 91 /439/EEC and repealing Council Directive 76 /914/EEC (OJ L 73, 14.2.1976, p EU No

It is confirmed that the driver whose name is indicated on the certificate shall, for the period of validity of the certificate, be subject to the qualifications or conditions of the certificate. Training in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2003 /59/EC relating to the carriage of commercial passenger services in the territory of the Member States of the European Union or States Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area
The certificate may be withdrawn by the competent German authority which issued it, in particular if the holder of the certificate is subject to facts which are relevant to the issuing of the certificate
