In the following I am aware of the organisation of the Federal Chancellor of 16 July 1999, which comes into force from the same day.
" Pursuant to § 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Government, I order with immediate effect:
The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety will transfer responsibility for radiation protection in radiology from the division of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
