In the following I am aware of the organisation of the Federal Chancellor of 3 February 1995, which came into force with immediate effect:
" Pursuant to § 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Government, I order with immediate effect:

1.

The Federal Minister for Spatial Planning, Construction and Urban Development is tasked with coordinating the move to the capital city of Berlin and the compensation for the region of the federal city of Bonn.

2.

For this reason, the division of the Federal Ministry of the Interior is responsible for transferring responsibility for the Berlin/Bonn working staff to the Federal Ministry for Regional Planning, Construction and Urban Development.

3.

All federal ministries will support the Federal Ministry for Regional Planning, Construction and Urban Development in the performance of its task, in particular providing it with all the necessary information.

4.

Further details will be agreed between the Federal Ministries of the Interior, Finance, Transport and Spatial Planning, Construction and Urban Development, and communicated to the Head of the Federal Chancellery. "
