I.

Receiving

1.

the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy;

2.

the Federal Ministry of Justice is the name of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection;

3.

The Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection is named Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture;

4.

The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is named Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure;

5.

The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety is named Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety.

II.

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy will be transferred

1.

from the division of the Federal Ministry of the Interior the responsibility of the Federal Government Commissioner for the new Federal States;

2.

from the division of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure the responsibilities for energy saving;

3.

From the division of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety, the responsibilities for the energy transition, including the aspects of climate protection connected with the energy transition.

The transfer of responsibilities shall include their European and international references, as well as the principle of principle and planning. Unofficial table of contents

III.

The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection is responsible for the transfer of consumer policy from the division of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. Consumer protection in the area of nutrition and food remains in the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. IV.

The Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure will transfer responsibilities from the division of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy for

TC-Economy, Broadband Strategy,

2.

Telecommunications Law

including the relevant professional supervision of the Federal Network Agency. The supervision of the Federal Network Agency remains with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. V.

The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety will be responsible for the responsibilities of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure.

Construction, construction and federal buildings;

2.

Urban development, housing, rural infrastructure and public building law.

VI.
