In the following I make known the organisation of the Federal Chancellor of 17 November 1994, which comes into force with effect from 17 November 1994:
" In accordance with § 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Government, I have an order with effect from 17 November 1994:

1.

Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth

a)

The previous Federal Ministry for Family and Seniors and the previous Federal Ministry for Women and Youth are being merged into a new Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.

b)

The Federal Ministry of Health will transfer the responsibility for social assistance from the business unit of the previous Federal Ministry for Family and Senior Citizens. The details of the transition will be settled between the participating Federal Ministries and communicated to the head of the Federal Chancellery.

2.

Federal Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Technology The previous Federal Ministry of Education and Science and the previous Federal Ministry for Research and Technology will become a new Federal Ministry of Education, Research and Technology Science, research and technology. "
