I.

The Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture and Forestry will be responsible for transferring responsibility for wine, liqueur wine, sparkling wine and wine-based drinks (including monitoring) from the business unit of the Federal Minister of Health. Unofficial table of contents

The details of the transition will be settled between the participating Federal Ministers and communicated to the head of the Federal Chancellery.
