On the basis of Article 1 (1) of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), I am revocably transferring the exercise of the right to appoint and dismiss the Federal Officials of grades A 2 to A 15 of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung (Bundesbesoldungsordnung).

the President or the President of the Federal Archives,

the Federal Commissioner or the Federal Commissioner for the documents of the State Security Service of the former German Democratic Republic and
-
The Director of the Federal Institute for Culture and History of the Germans in Eastern Europe
