Art 3 Overflow rules

Article 1 (4) (a) shall apply to private leaseholders of small gardens

in the case of 1 November 1992, in the event of a convicted legal dispute concerning the amount of the lease, retroactively from the first day of the month following the validity of the right to the right of validity,

Moreover, as from 1 November 1992

Application. This does not apply to the scope of § 20a of the Federal Act on Small Gardening Act. § 5 (3) sentence 1 and 4 of the Federal Act on Small Gardening Act shall apply accordingly. This Act shall enter into force on 1 May 1994.
