Species 1

The Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Poland on inland waterway transport, signed in Warsaw on 8 November 1991, and the corresponding Protocol of the same day shall be approved. Type 2

The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is authorized to conclude the approved agreements on the minimum/maximum rates and the secondary conditions applicable to the exchange of goods to which the Joint Committee referred to in Article 15 (3) of the Treaty establishing the European Community is hereby approved. of the Agreement shall be brought into force by means of a regulation.
