According to Article 11 (4) of the Act on the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks of 9 December 2004 (BGBl. 3235), it is announced that the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, with the approval of the Federal Ministry of Finance, shall have its powers and responsibilities, including the decision on appeals in the areas of remuneration, the Aid, travel and removal costs as well as the separation of personal data and the automated processing of personal data have been transferred to the Oberfinanzdirektion Chemnitz, Service Centre South-East.
