§ 1 Scope

application (1) The professional association for transport and transport (Berufsgenossenschaft) charges for the conduct of official acts and individually attributable public services in the areas of ship safety, prevention of marine pollution by ships and the occupation of ships. and outlays under this Regulation.(2) obligations for payment of remuneration for the activities of a recognised classification society in accordance with Annex 2, Section B, point 3.1, of the ship safety regulation of 18 December 2000. § 2 Fees and Deposits

(1) The chargeable facts and rates are derived from the attached Charge directory.(2) Expenses shall be charged separately in accordance with the provisions of Section 10 (1) (2) to (8) of the Administrative Cost Act, in so far as they have not been included in the fees. § 3 Fee measurement

(1) If the ship's size is significant when the asset is used (list of fees), the gross tonnage (gross tonnage) or designated gross registered tonnes (GRT) in the official ship's letter of the ship.(2) An hourly rate of 114 euros shall be applied for the calculation of the fees by time. A quarter of this hourly rate shall be calculated for each quarter of an hour.(3) In the case of official acts and individually attributable public services, which are calculated according to time expenditure, the duration of the official act and individually attributable public service also includes the travel time, one from the fee debtor caused waiting time as well as the time for preparation and follow-up.(4) If the validity of a certificate is limited to a duration shorter than the statutory period, the fee for the issuing of the certificate may be levied in part after full years. § 4 Fees and expenses waiver

§ 5 Transitional Regulation

§ 6 Entry into force, expiry
