§ 1 Scope

(1) The Berufsgenossenschaft für Transport und Verkehrswirtschaft (Berufsgenossenschaft für Transport und Verkehrswirtschaft) (Berufsgenossenschaft für Transport und Verkehrswirtschaft) (Berufsgenossenschaft für Transport und Verkehrswirtschaft) (Berufsgenossenschaft für Transport und Verkehrswirtschaft) (Berufsgenossenschaft für Transport und Verkehrswirtschaft) collects Ship-source pollution and the occupation of ships Charges and outlays under this Regulation. (2) Commitments to pay for the activities of a recognised classification society in accordance with Annex 2, Section B, point 3.1, of the Ship Safety Ordinance of 18 September 1998 (BGBl. 3013, 3023), as last amended by Article 2 (11) of the Regulation of 20 December 2012 (BGBl). 2802), as amended by this Regulation, shall not be affected by this Regulation. § 2 Fees and Deposits

(1) The chargeable facts and rates shall be the result of the applicable list of fees. (2) Expenses shall be collected separately in accordance with § 10 (1) (2) to (8) of the Administrative Cost Act, insofar as they are not included in the Fees have been included. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Fee measurement

(1) Where the size of the ship is applicable when the installation is used (list of fees), the gross tonnage (gross tonnage) or designated gross registered tonnes (GRT) shown in the official ship's certificate shall be used. (2) For the calculation of the A fee of 114 euros will be applied after the amount of time spent. A quarter of this hourly rate is to be calculated for each quarter of an hour. (4) If the validity of a certificate is limited to a period shorter than the statutory period, the period of validity of a certificate shall be limited to a period of time shorter than the statutory period of validity of the certificate. § 4 Liberation of fees and charges

In so far as the costs of medical examinations for the issue of a sea service certificate or the costs of the examinations for juvenile crew members are borne by the professional cooperative or by the Confederation, the person to be examined shall be: Person is exempt from payment of fees and levies. § 5 Transitional Regulation

In so far as official acts have already been requested or commenced before 1 August 2013, the costs regulation for the official acts of the Maritime Trade Association of 21 December 2001 (BGBl. 4241), as defined by Article 1 of the Regulation of 21 February 2005 (BGBl). 323) has been amended to continue to apply. § 6 Entry into force, expiry of the external force

(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2013. (2) Section I (I) (I) (0750) of the annex to § 2 (1) shall not enter into force on 31 July 2018. (3) This Regulation shall not enter into force on 14 August 2018. Unofficial table of contents
