On the basis of § 15 (2) sentence 1 and § 29 (4) of the Federal disciplinary code in the version of the notice of 20 July 1967 (BGBl. I p. 750, 984) I order: Unofficial table of contents

I.

The members of the service referred to in § 1 (1) (3) of the Regulation on § 127 of the Federal disciplinary code may impose fines of up to a quarter of the maximum permissible amount. The members of the service referred to in § 1 (1) (4) of the Regulation on § 127 of the Federal disciplinary code may impose fines of up to one fifth of the maximum permissible amount.
