§ 1
The transport company Deutsche Bahn AG, which is the beneficiary of the performance of the railway police tasks of the Federal Police, is obliged to pay 20.83 per cent of the total expenditure on the basis of the benefits gained from 1 January 2000 to the benefits of the Federal Police. as compensation.
