Based on § 80a (2) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) as amended by Notice of 3. January 1977 (BGBl. I p. 1) orders the Federal Government: Non-official table of contents

§ 1

For juvenile police officers in the Federal Police, the associations or The following exceptions to the provisions of the Youth Labour Protection Act of 12 are the following: April 1976 (BGBl. 965), to the extent that this is necessary to ensure the training:
1.
The daily Working time, including periods in which young people are not used for work, may be up to 12 hours
a)
in the first training year at most four times a month, of which for the training in the security guard service at most three times a month, but not more often than six and thirty times in the Year,
b)
in the second year of training at most six times a month, of which for the training in the security guard service at most three times a month.
The weekly Working time must not exceed 48 hours in the first year of training, 50 hours in the second year of training.
2.
For breaks in the breaks, the Rooms in the accommodation are visited, if this is not excluded due to an outdoor training.
3.
The shift time may be
a)
in the first year of training up to 14 hours at most four times a month, of this for the training in Security guard service at most three times a month,
b)
in the second year of training up to 16 hours at most six times a month, of this for training in Security guard service at most three times a month.
4.
The daily uninterrupted leisure time may be followed by the training in the security guard service and On-call duty in the second year of training is restricted up to a maximum of six hours, but not more than three times a month.
5.
An employment in the Night is allowed
a)
in the first year of training at most four times a month, of which for the training in the Security guard service no more than three times a month, but not more than thirty-six times a year, and limited to 24 o'clock in the case of motor-vehicle training,
b)
in the second training year at most six times a month, of which for the training in the security guard service at most three times a month, but not more often than forty-eight times in the year.
In the event of training at night, with the exception of training in the security guard service and on-call time, an uninterrupted leisure time of at least 12 hours shall be granted; leisure time shall be at least twenty-four hours if that training ends after midnight.
6.
The training on more than five days in the week is allowed at most once a month, but in the first year of training only for training in the security guard service.
7.
Training on Saturdays and Sundays is permitted at most once a month, but in the first training year only for training in security guard service.
8.
Training on 24. or 31. December-in each case after 2pm-as well as on public holidays, the security guard service and on-call duty are valid at most twice a year, but in the first year of training only for the training in the security guard service.

§ 2

Must, for compelling service reasons, need to be made up of juvenile law enforcement officers in the Federal Police, who are responsible for the Basic training, to be used for services, because it is not possible to resort to associations and units with exclusively full-year police officers, exceptions are beyond the scope specified in section 1 of this article § 8 (1), § 11 (1) to (4), § § 12, 13 and 14 (1), § § 15 to 18, and 22 (1) No. 3 to 5 of the Youth Work Protection Act (Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz), insofar as this is necessary in order to carry out tasks of the Federal Police in accordance with the first section of the Federal Police Act . § 3

Exceptions to the provisions of the Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz in the scope specified in § 2 sentence 1 are also available for Juvenile police officers in the Federal Police during basic training, if the Federal Minister of the Interior, under the conditions laid down in § 2, sentence 1, services of these civil servants in the event of natural disasters, particularly severe In the event of an accident, or in cases of a different nature, the forces of the police shall be subject to exceptional circumstances. § 4

This regulation enters into force on the day after the announcement.
