I.

In accordance with § 126 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways (Bundesnetzagentur) will be empowered to oppose the contradictions of employees of the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources To decide on administrative acts as well as the rejection of a claim in matters under federal law regulations and in child-related matters, insofar as they are required to issue the administrative act or to reject the claim has been responsible. According to § 127 paragraph 3 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Network Agency shall be represented by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in administrative proceedings of employees of the institution designated in Section I in matters relating to the the federal government's law on the law of the federal government. The same applies to proceedings before the financial jurisdiction in child-related matters. This is an order with effect from 1 in respect of the law of the law. October 2011, in respect of child-related matters, with effect from 1 January 2012.
