§ 1 Contribution in the age of farmers

(1) For the calendar year 2004, the contribution to farmers 'retirement provision amounts to 201 euros per month. (2) The contribution to farmers' retirement provision amounts to 169 euros per month for the accession area for the calendar year 2004. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Contribution contribution in the pension scheme of farmers

(1) Annex 1 to the Law on the Pensions of Farmers of 29 July 1994 (BGBl). I p. 1890, 1891), most recently by Article 7 of the Law of 27 December 2003 (BGBl. 3013), the amount of the monthly allowance for the calendar year 2004 shall be as follows:
