Based on § § 982, 983 of the Civil Code, the Bundesrat the following
- Rules on the lost property, etc. by the Reich authorities and the Reichsanstalten

(1) pursuant to § § 980, 981, 983 of the German Civil Code (Civil Code) Notices to be issued by the Reichsauthorities and the Reichsanstalten shall be made by means of a notice at the office of office or, if a different body is designated for notices of the designated type, by means of a slope at this point. A period of at least six weeks shall be between the day on which the slope is effected and the date on which the suspended document is re-taken; the validity of the notice shall not have any effect if the date of publication of the notice of the contract is not valid. The time limit for the notification of rights to be determined in the notice must be at least six weeks. The time limit begins with the slope, but if the contract notice is also made by indentation in public sheets, with the last indentation.
