On the basis of § 3a (2) sentence 1 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the Bundesfernstraßenmautgesetz vom 12. Juli 2011 (BGBl. I p. 1378), as defined by Article 1 (3) of the Law of 23 July 2013 (BGBl. § 1

(1) Node points within the meaning of Section 3a (1) (2) of the Federal Highway Toll Act for the toll roads pursuant to Section 1 (4) of the Federal Road Traffic Law (Bundesfernstraßenmautgesetz) in conjunction with the toll-distance expansion regulation are those in the annex (2) The toll sections within the meaning of Article 3 (2), first sentence, of the Bundesfernstraßenmautgesetz result from column 3 of the Appendix. (3) The column 3a of the Appendix names the node point for the beginning of the mouse section, which is the first column of the section. Column 3b of the installation in each case the node point for the end of the mouse section. The same nodal points apply for the opposite direction of travel, with the proviso that the beginning and end of the toll section are interchanged. Unofficial table of contents
