§ 1 Establishment

In the division of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, a "Federal Office for Nuclear Disposal" is being set up as an independent federal top authority. The Federal Office for Nuclear Disposal is headed by a President or a President. § 4 Transitional provisions

(1) After the establishment of the Federal Office, elections to the Staff Committee shall be held within six months.
