I.
According to Article 17, Section 5, sentence 2 of the General Administrative Regulation on State aid in sickness, care, birth and death cases (State aid rules-BhV), the Federal Office of Finance The processing of state aid affairs of the active employees of the Federal Financial Court and the assertion of claims for damages in accordance with § 87a of the Federal Civil Service Act.
II.
According to § 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act and with Section 46 of the German Judge Act, the Federal Office of Finance the power to decide on the objection to an administrative act on state aid matters to the extent that it was responsible for adopting the administrative act.
