I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Office of Central Services and Open Property Issues shall be empowered to act on appeals against administrative acts and the Rejection of a claim in matters under the Federal Travel Covenant Act and the Federal Law on the Environment of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the separation money ordinance issued for this purpose, to the extent that it is necessary for the adoption of the administrative act or the rejection of the law of the claim. Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Office of Central Services and Open Assets shall be represented by the Federal Ministry of Health at administrative court proceedings in matters under the Federal Travel Covenant Act (Bundesreisekostengesetz) and to the Federal Law on the Covenant of Covenant, including the separation money ordinance issued for this purpose. III.
