I.
Pursuant to Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675), in conjunction with Section 126 (3) (2) of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 654), I transfer the authority to the Federal Office of Finance on the contradictions against the adoption of an administrative act and the rejection of a claim in matters under the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the Separation Money Regulation in conjunction with Section 2 of the Accompanying Act of 30 July 1996 (BGBl. 1183) and in matters relating to the aid, to the extent that this authority was responsible for the adoption of the administrative act or the refusal of the claim.

II.
Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 675), I transfer the Federal Office of Finance to the Office of the Federal Ministry of Health in the case of appeals, in so far as it is competent to decide on contradictions in accordance with this order.

III.
This arrangement occurs with effect from 1. October 1999, in force. It shall not apply to any inconsistencies brought before its entry into force or to claims brought before its entry into force.
